Eat Me! Bratislava

October 2012. First Czecho-Slovak pop-up restaurant in Bratislava.
Eat me! Bratislava took place at the Gallery Cvernovka in a former thread factory (1900-2004). The location is formed by a complex of buildings with typical architecture of the early 20th factory century. During 3 evenings we host 135 guests.

Menu - starter

Goat's cheese mousse with beet root reduction

Menu - soup

Celeriac-cauliflower creme with vegetable crisps

Menu - main course

Confit duck in demi glace lentil-rose hip sauce, salsify purée and needle tree foam

Menu - dessert

Deconstructed pumpkin cake with white chocolate soup
