Our rooms are located in an old Berlin industrial estate in a former factory floor in the heart of Kreuzberg. With a ceiling height of 4m, brick walls and the charm of an industrial space, we offer you space for your project, idea or startup. You'll find us in the Skalitzer 33, between "Kotti" and "Görli" as the first commercial complex rising located at the start of the Oranienstraße and right in the neighborhood.
