With music, life has always been much more beautiful for everyone. I have dedicated myself to this credo with all my heart, mind, and soul. This now leads me in pursuit of fulfillment in rendering my services, and to positively contribute to making a difference by being helpful to the best of my abilities. I am Wilbur Harris, a great asset to any music school, or organization involved in any music-related field. My priorities and objectives will be to train, coach, advise and assist with all the professional knowledge and experience that I have obtained over 51 years of being involved in the music business. I am known as a hard-working perfectionist. My goal is to always provide the ultimate in service, mastering any music-related field that I am hired to secure. With me, you are gaining a multi-level employee. Throughout my career I have been involved in many major recording productions and projects as an artist, a musician, as well as administrative. My skills and experience cover a wide spectrum of areas, which include budget management, talent management, production management, as well as the creative. A multi-instrumentalist, I have been proficient on drums, bass guitar, and guitar since the age of 11. I own a recording studio also. Therefore, I am well up to date with today's contemporary digital, analog, audio, and computer technology. I was taught music theory by famous relatives, my cousin "Nina Simone”, my uncle "Frank Wess", (who was Count Basie's lead saxophonist), and my uncle "Bill Harris", (jazz guitar virtuoso), in Washington, D.C. and New York, NY, from December 1967 to June 1973. I am well aware of the fact that the documents are only of limited value regarding my personality and therefore I am looking forward to a personal interview.
