To enhance our team, we are looking for a kitchen manager (f/m/d) from now on.

As a kitchen manager (f/m/d) you will be part of our young and vibrant company. We see the managers of the company as the most important asset. We are looking for a person who would like to evolve and grow with us.

Responsibilities

· Responsible of the costs labour & food
· Order materials, supplies, and ingredients
· Responsible of the manpower
· Recruiting & training kitchen employees
· Oversee the food preparation and cooking process
· Reporting to the general manager
· Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations
· Work with the restaurant manager to price and change menu items

Your Profile

.You are a trained cook or have gained experience
.at least 1-year management experience
.You are passionate about what you do and have a high work ethic
.With your positive attitude, you can motivate and lead the people around you
.You keep a cool head and perspective in stressful situations
.You speak English fluently
