How you can contribute to our mission:
- Working closely with the Head of Communications to create and execute a digital content marketing and communications strategy that achieves measurable impact with partners, students, supporters and the public
- Work with the communications team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies to increase our brand value and recruit new students
- Maintaining website content and external communications channels (blog, social media etc.), as well as building and implementing a social media strategy to actively engage our core audience
- Creating and managing a social media calendar and collecting analytic reports to assess our outreach
- Liaising with other teams to plan digital marketing campaigns

What you need to make an impact:
- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment
- You have strong written communication skills in English (native level). German is a plus
- You burn for social media and are passionate about generating a strong digital engagement
- You have experience in campaign management (including budget ownership) and common tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO or Facebook Advertising
- You bring experience in SEO, A/B testing, tracking, conversion optimization
- You are on top of new online marketing trends, data driven and creative, i.e. have the ability to pick the right metrics to track and analyze the success of our communications strategy
- You are a digital native, self-starter, adaptive & resilient and have an entrepreneurial mind-set
