Beschreibung: Your mission

We are looking for an experienced Visual Brand Designer to help strengthen our team developing Ableton’s visual brand.

Your mission is to help build and maintain Ableton’s design standards – guided by our company vision and brand identity. You'll create visual concepts that guide appealing and coherent presentation of products like Ableton Live, Push, Packs – as well as for new initiatives and sales campaigns. You’ll keep Ableton’s brand, graphic and photographic language exciting and inspiring for people on their music-making journey.

Your responsibilities

You develop design concepts from briefing to final production, leading projects autonomously or working in a team.
You will keep Ableton's design language cohesive across online communication channels: website, social media, newsletters
You will explore how the Ableton design language could evolve
You will work together with other designers and offer guidance where needed
You will collaborate with brand strategists, web designers, copywriters, movie makers and external creatives (e.g. photographers).
You will work across different projects simultaneously

Your profile

You’re an experienced art director who knows what a good shot looks like (min. 5 years of relevant in-house or agency experience).
You are strong in conceptualising ideas based on a strategic foundation and translating them into visual language
You have exceptional typographic skills and an eye for detail
You appreciate great design and strive for high quality outcomes
You manage design processes ensuring transparency for internal stakeholders
You can find and develop new approaches to dealing with new problems
You are able to facilitate, lead, and benefit from design critique
