Beschreibung: carlier | gebauer is an established and international gallery in the art district / U-Bahn Kochstrasse in Berlin.

Founded in 1991 and directed by Marie-Blanche Carlier and Ulrich Gebauer the gallery promotes international contemporary art and currently represents over 30 international artists. The program veers towards aesthetic and conceptual research in the fields of sculpture, installation, film, photography, painting, and drawing.

The gallery has proven to be a key platform for the artists’ development by producing crucial exhibitions for their career. A great number of the artists of the gallery have participated in major biennials and international exhibitions as well as having significant solo exhibitions in major international museums.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Sales Assistant / Personal Assistant of the CEO

The role includes, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Drafting correspondences and prepare visual documentations
- Monitoring emails
- Managing of calendar and appointment
- Arranging meetings and small presentation
- Coordinating complex and detailed travel plans, itineries and agendas
- Daily administrative duties

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask
- 2 years of professional experience ideally in the art field at an international level
- perfect in English, fluency in german
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT applications, such as Word, Excel, Photoshop & InDesign
This is a 25 hours a week position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
