Senior Account Manager – Concept Writing (m/f/d), Berlin
Your responsibilities:
You will manage your team and be responsible for the supervision of international integrated communication campaign proposals across full project lifecycle
Supervision of development of new global concepts in the area of nation branding and politics for PR and integrated communications campaigns for clients such as various governments worldwide (e.g., Germany, France, UK, Russia, China, etc.) and international organizations (e.g., European Commission, EEAS, IMF, World Bank, United Nations, etc.).
Organise workload among team with constant oversight on upcoming deadlines and decision making on which projects to pitch for
Oversight of teams preparing budget and administrative elements as well as other units contributing to maintain holistic approach
Organise and run department briefings/meetings and maintain regular contact with mc colleagues and external partners throughout the pitch process
Keep in close and timely contact with senior members of the company and provide regular updates on the pitch process, when required
Your profile:
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in political science, international relations, politics, economics etc.
You possess 3+ years of relevant international agency experience, very good knowledge of the planning, implementation and evaluation of integrated communications and will have successfully participated in international tenders and acquired new clients
You will have experience in managing a team with multiple projects running simultaneously
You will have excellent time management and organisation skills and deal well with stressful and demanding situations
Proficiency in English and an in-depth knowledge of MS Office is a must; knowledge of Adobe tools would be an asset
