Beschreibung: We're a leading Berlin based 3D Scanning and Motion Capture studio specialising in the creation of photo real digital doubles and cartoon characters. We cater to a vast spectrum of industries across the globe to produce digital humans and photo-real facial animation at an exceptionally high standard.

Mimic Productions is currently looking for a Financial Administrator/Book Keeper to join our ever-growing studio in Wedding, Berlin, on a full-time, part-time or freelance basis.

You’d be tasked with:
-Working together with our Steurerberater on payroll and finance administration
-Coordination of tax and monthly accounting, invoice management, and filing of receipts
-German to English translations of financial documents.
-Bookkeeping

Ideal candidates will be able to tick these boxes:
-Fluent in English and German (with one of the two being your native language)
-Proficient at GSuite spreadsheets
-At least 2 years administrative experience
-Be well-organised and have a high level of attention to detail
-Be a good team player

Beneficial skills, but not essential:
-A degree in a related field is a plus
