Beschreibung: IMAGO is a leading photography & video agency based in Berlin. IMAGO has evolved into a premium global content provider spanning news, sport, creative, archive and video.

As a Marketing Manager, you will support our marketing and communications team with organizational, administrative and creative tasks. Your role will be to support, develop and maintain marketing projects across content marketing, brand building and day-to-day brand marketing tasks. We are looking for someone with creative and innovative ideas to join our marketing team. We are looking for someone who can start immediately for the location in Berlin.

Tasks

- Support marketing team across content marketing, brand marketing and administrative tasks
- Maintain current marketing channels and assist with strategy implementation
- Actively investigate and identify marketing opportunities and incorporate them into the overall plan to acquire new audiences and increase brand awareness
- Research opportunities and think creatively about marketing
- Conduct outreach in order to advance brand awareness and partnerships
- Translate and implement marketing plans and strategies to support the revenue goals
- Provide insights and work collaboratively with the rest of the team
- Identify and support opportunities to help optimize social media efforts
- Build and update the network of contacts and conduct outreach for brand marketing
- Support in editorial projects
- Run analysis and use marketing reports to generate insights and define recommendations for increasing brand awareness and lead generation

Requirements

- Previous experience in marketing, communications or content creation
- Knowledge in developing and implementing marketing strategies and maintaining channels
- Able to create and maintain a marketing database
Interest and ability in creating content
- Basic knowledge of design programs (Figma/Indesign)
- A friendly and collaborative approach to the people you work with
- Good storytelling skills and a good eye for photography
- Excellent level of both German & English (written & spoken)
