Beschreibung: circulee is an early stage startup with experienced founders and supporting partners, driven by a mission to make circular economy a reality. We aim to establish sustainable IT as the standard for businesses in Germany and reduce carbon emissions by giving computer hardware a second life. Your challenge:

You will create products and interfaces that make people feel good about doing good.

You will provide support on making our vision of selling preowned hardware products to businesses a reality, as well as navigating through any upcoming challenges.

You will be a pioneer in spreading the message of the embracement of sustainable IT by building simple, accessible, beautiful products.

What you do:

You create and continuously enhance a design language that people love and that spans across all touch-points with the user.

You provide patterns, components, and a design system.

You collaborate across product areas to advocate for the design system, provide feedback, promote standards, and integrate changes into design guidance.

You identify meaningful divergences while providing clear rationale for design decisions.

You collaborate within a cross-functional product development team to present ideas and designs with engineering.

Requirements:

Essential requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product) or equivalent hands-on experience.

Experience with user interface design and product development work.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience designing and prototyping within Figma.

Involvement in interaction design.

Ability to create visual designs.
