Beschreibung: Mimic Productions is currently looking for a 3D Project Coordination Intern to join our ever growing studio in Wedding, Berlin for the next three months (Unpaid Internship). We warmly encourage under graduates and recent graduates to apply!

You’d be tasked with:

- Bringing a higher level of organisation to all projects, ongoing as well as in-preparation
- Keeping track of deadlines, schedules, productivity and setbacks
- Ensuring that all 3D artists are given the appropriate equipment, instructions, resources, and feedback
- Creating a system in which delays don’t prevent us from an on-time delivery
- Communicating with our clients and coordinating our team

Ideal candidates will be able to tick as many of these boxes as possible:

- Be a very organised and personable individual
- Excellent communication skills with native-level English abilities
- Demonstrate an ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently in a self-directed manner
- Experience with GSuite
- A team-oriented attitude
- Experience or knowledge of the 3D industry is preferable
- Experience in ShotGrid Software
