Shotview Berlin photographer Mngt GmbH is looking for a beauty & styling Agent to join our office in Berlin.

Your initial responsibilities include:

The agent must have high level experience and be a proactive self-starter, seeking new opportunities for both their artists and the agency.
The person must be able to maintain a positive attitude, respond calmly and efficiently to all inquiries and communicate effectively with people at all levels.

The candidate must work to develop existing relationships and new opportunities for photographers and other artists, as well as create new business strategies for marketing and sales to support Europe’s growth initiatives.

The candidate must have proven Agent experience with successful working photographers and or Beauty / Styling as well as solid industry contacts and relationships in Europe-

Ideal candidates will have strong relationships with Clients, Magazines, Agencies, Brands and a good understanding of international markets.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 3-5 years of Talent Agency experience
- knowledge of Mac OSX operating systems and Microsoft Pack Office
- German / English / french (bilingual preferable but not mandatory)
- Budgeting and negotiation skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation
- Experience on artist development
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible ad proactive
- Outstanding organizational skills including time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to work well in both team
- oriented and self-directed environments
- Total availibility for traveling
