ONE HUNDRED BERLIN is looking for a Project Coordinator (f/m/d), fluent in German and English for our studio in Berlin-Mitte with immediate effect

Permanent position, 40 hours/week, approx. starts at 2,800 Euro GROSS
depending on experience

ONE HUNDRED BERLIN GmbH is a post-production studio for Film and Print, specialized in beauty, fashion and advertising. We work for and with the world's most renowned photographers, publications, agencies and brands.

YOUR MISSION
Organize projects smoothly from receipt of request to delivery of final data. Coordinate projects between the retouching team and the client, ensuring that all images are retouched according to the brief and within agreed deadlines.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU ?
Reliable: Successfully deliver projects on time, in the most structured and relaxed manner possible, without forgetting any costs or briefing points.

Control: Check that every file is delivered to the client.

Collaboration: Successfully collaborate with the account manager regarding costs and schedule.

Communication: Communicate priorities to the team and
Create communication materials such as schedule, image list and cost overview to keep projects on track and constantly inform clients of the status of each project.

Coordination : Coordinate projects with the retoucher team using Asana. Keep track of tasks and schedule.

Logistic: Packing proofs and organizing shipping with our couriers.

YOUR COMPETENCIES
You are efficient, able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort. You are honest, know what the work ethic is and do not cut corners ethically.

You are able to plan, organize and schedule projects in an efficient and productive manner. You are able to focus on key priorities.

You are a quick learner with tenacity and a willingness to follow through to get things done. You are adaptable, able to adjust quickly to new priorities and conditions.
