We’re looking for an experienced producer (M / F / D) who can lead our second unit of freelance producers, to deliver high-quality stills and motion content for our clients.

TAKE Creative Production GmbH is a creative production with a head office in Berlin. Our main scope covers the world of art, fashion and luxury. Assembling multi-disciplinary teams, we work closely with brands, creatives and advertising agencies to curate the finest collaborations for the job, delivering bespoke production services focused on supporting and creating unique and compelling content. As a full-service production company, TAKE work across digital and print media, campaign concepts, branded content and digital marketing management, as well as artists collaborations and cultural events.
ABOUT YOU:
You’ve got a minimum of 3 years experience as a mid-level producer with a production/photographic company.
Ability to manage productions, budgets and schedules up to € 150K
Knowledge of legal agreements and familiarity with contracting.
You’re willing and keen to travel for productions and client meetings. Ability to work flexible hours.
A solutions focussed approach and team player with a collaborative working style.
Great interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate constructively and with a pro active approach.
Passion for youth culture, music, sport, fashion and trends.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German is required, Spanish or French a plus)
Valid driving license is needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project management and communication between clients, artists and suppliers in all aspects of job
Provide cost breakdowns and timelines, as well as ensuring feasibility of projects during pre-production.
Internal budget management, liaising with the finance department to process invoices, ensure timely payments and flag any financial issues.
Confident handling of MS Office, Filemaker and Adobe software
Confident with on set-production. Experienced with general pre-production and coordination for international jobs
Responsible for the contractual and rights elements of all shoots including vendor agreements, licenses and permissions.
Coordinating all production updates and documents required for clients, Talent and third parties where appropriate.
Managing relationships with freelancers, production companies, post production houses, studios and filmmakers.
Efficiently manage and mentor freelance producers, Production assistants and other suppliers.
