Beschreibung: Galerie Max Hetzler is a global contemporary art gallery representing fifty artists across six spaces in Berlin, Paris and London. Established in Stuttgart in 1974, since its inception, the gallery has presented exhibitions of established and emerging contemporary art and its program has continued to evolve with the artists it has been showing since the 1970s. Alongside the exhibitions programme, the gallery has published numerous catalogues, monographs and artist books.

We are looking for:
Assistant (m/f/d) to the Senior Directors (Berlin)

Prerequisites

Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
Experience working as a Personal or Executive Assistant, or similar administration /assistant role within the art industry.

Role
Coordinate diary management and book meetings for the Senior Director.
Assist with the coordination of events and art fairs.
Providing on going, fast-paced admin support to the Senior Director
Booking travel and accommodation for trips and business meetings.
Client liaison responsibilities on behalf of the Senior Director
Supporting the preparation of sales presentations and research data for the Senior Director.
Managing mailing lists and calendars and ensuring all internal databases are constantly up to date.
The position is fulltime, Monday-Friday, salary commensurate with experience.
