HIVE is an exciting international short film festival that takes place in Berlin. This three-day
multidisciplinary event celebrates the art of film by showcasing a diverse selection of high-quality
films from around the world.
In addition to the film screenings, HIVE also features engaging audiovisual performances,
thought-provoking panel discussions, educational workshops, and interactive Q&A sessions. This
creates an immersive and enriching experience for both film enthusiasts and industry
professionals alike.
At HIVE, attendees can discover new and emerging talents, network with fellow filmmakers, and
participate in a dynamic community of creatives. With its focus on innovation and diversity, HIVE
is a must-attend event for anyone who is passionate about film and the creative arts.
We are a small, young collective that strongly believes in the power of collaborative work. Our
mission is to organise a festival that embodies our collective values and brings our community
together. We are seeking a passionate individual who shares our belief in the importance of
teamwork to join our team and help us make this festival a success.

About the Role:

For the 3rd edition of the HIVE Fılm Days, we are seeking a Freelance Sponsorship Coordinator to
join our team. As a Sponsorship Coordinator, you will be responsible for securing new sponsors
and maintaining relationships with existing ones to support our upcoming festival.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals who are committed to creating a positive impact in our community. We are looking for someone who is
highly motivated, organised, and has excellent communication skills. You should have a passion
for event planning and be committed to ensuring that the festival is a reflection of our collective
values.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential sponsors and develop sponsorship proposals
• Contact potential sponsors and present sponsorship opportunities
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts
• Coordinate sponsor logistics and ensure they receive all agreed-upon benefits
• Communicate regularly with sponsors to maintain positive relationships
• Attend events and conferences to network and promote the festival to potential sponsors

Requirements:

• Experience in the field, if possible proven track record of securing sponsorships and meeting
revenue targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Organisational and project management skills
• Passion for event planning
• Fluent in German and English
