Beschreibung: We are Tupu, a VC-backed start-up from Berlin with the vision to change the way we produce food. Using bioscience, AI, and robotics, we produce food locally in urban areas, providing cities with affordable, fresh, and nutritious products while reducing CO2 emissions to a minimum.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern (m/f/d) to join
our team for 3 months and help us spread the spore.

YOUR ROLE
As a Business Development Intern at Tupu, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of our commercial team. You will work closely with our sales and marketing departments to help expand our market presence and foster sustainable growth. Your tasks will be diverse and challenging, covering various aspects of business development, such as:

● Assisting in identifying potential customers and market segments.
● Participating in lead generation and outreach activities to establish new business relationships.
● Maintaining relationships with existing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
● Supporting the marketing team in the execution of promotional campaigns, including social media and events.
● Assisting in coordinating and attending local events.
● Providing administrative assistance, including data entry and preparing reports for management.
● Assisting in demand forecasting and production planning activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Passion for sustainability, local food systems, and environmentally conscious
practices.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re naturally outgoing and feel comfortable approaching people - but also know how to listen.
● Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
● Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is a plus.
● Native German or C2 and proficiency in English.
