Beschreibung
We're looking for a spirited, fun-loving, German-speaking office assistant to nurture a feel-good atmosphere for our team.

If you have superb organizational skills, get a kick out of administrative tasks and interfacing with people, then this job is for you. Combined experience in hospitality and day-to-day agency work is a huge bonus.


Tasks:

- Feel-good management: independently organising birthday gifts, festive celebrations & catering for events
- Communicating information between managers and the team
- Maintaining and recording the company inventory
- Ordering, purchasing and maintaining stock supplies
- Office maintenance: operating the dishwasher, organizing the kitchen, watering the plants
- Occupational safety: organizing regular offers for employees (e.g. eye tests, sitting training, first aiders, etc.)
- Basic legal knowledge and bookkeeping processes
- Coordination and booking of national/international trips and hotels for the team
- General office organization: overseeing scheduling as well as incoming and outgoing mail
- Reception activities: visitor meetings, telephone and emails
- Communication with external service providers
- Introduction and onboarding of new colleagues


Your profile:

- You have 2+ years of professional experience or equivalent in office/studio/agency/hospitality assistance
- You speak German at a practically native level (C1+) and fluent English – yes German is an absolute must!
- You have heaps of self-motivation, are proactive, and the heart and soul of social events
- Your optimism inspires those around you and you know exactly how to create a joyful work environment
- You set clear priorities, always keep an overview in challenging moments and see tasks through to completion
- You have hosting experience and know all the best restaurants, bars, cultural events and activities in town
- You are the first point of contact for the company and can represent its mission with confidence and clarity
- You have a customer-orientated way of thinking and acting

Bonus:

- You have very good knowledge of MS Office
- You are eager to learn HR software like Factorial or similar
- You are curious and open to up-skilling
