Moreover, they are brilliant at crafting some pretty hilarious memes and are incredibly creative. For them, the greatest achievement is seeing their designs, copy, and more in action - and for good reason!
As Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will report directly to our Graphic Designer in our dynamic Marketing Growth team to bring fresh ideas and creative designs to life across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate on a wide range of projects, contributing to social media content, email marketing templates, website updates, and landing pages. With a strong eye for detail, you'll ensure brand consistency while exploring new ways to elevate our visual identity.

Your Tasks ✨
You’ll work as part of our Marketing Growth team to help generate great ideas and develop standout designs for digital and printed media.
You’ll be responsible for delivering graphics and ads for our social media channels, templates for our email marketing and you’ll also help to maintain and develop the content of our website and landing pages.
You’ll be comfortable and experienced in designing for print; including brochures, flyers, merchandise and a variety of other printed materials.
You’re able to develop and deliver campaigns that are engaging, cohesive and effectively communicate information to our target audience across our many marketing channels.
You’ll be conscientious with an eye for detail. Maintaining our brand consistency is key; You’ll be comfortable adhering to our existing brand guidelines but also helping to develop them further.
You’ll be able to manage multiple projects from various stakeholders simultaneously. In addition to designing marketing collateral you’ll also work closely with other departments within ToolTime to help product content.
Requirements
Your Profile
You have a degree or training in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field as well as at least 1 year of relevant professional experience. Prior experience working in a startup, agency or high-growth environment is a plus.
You bring proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.). Experience using Figma is a big plus.
You have a good understanding of design principles (including typography, color theory, and layout).
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to take direction and work independently.
You have attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are fluent in English, German language proficiency is a plus

You have a basic understanding of HTML CSS
