Beschreibung: DANCÆ is a dance event performance series dedicated to producing and curating collaborations between contemporary art forms and dance. Ballet Sur_real, the joint ballet collective that combines electronic music with classical ballet, is a significant part of each production.

We are seeking a social media intern to assist with content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement across our platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and exploring digital marketing strategies with an intimate team.

Requirements:
Must be Berlin-based
Extensive knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Experience in content creation
Native English speaker; German and other languages are a plus

Role:
Plan and schedule posts
Collaborate on and pitch campaign ideas
Track and analyze key metrics

Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge of dance or previous experience in dance is a plus
Have knowledge of Berlin’s dance/art/fashion scene
Interest in social media and digital marketing
Strong writing and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and contribute

The position is temporarily unpaid but can be accredited to German universities. We are looking for someone who would join our team on a long-term basis and help build the company with the team.
