We are seeking a passionate and driven Promoter / Booker to join our team to lead and manage the BOOKING – PROMOTION – PR/Marketing efforts for our Venue.

You will be involved in promoting the venue, managing our karaoke jockey team , building relationship with Artists and B2B Partners and growing our audience through innovative marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the karaoke , Berlin nightlife and music scene, strong connections within the venue marketing and promoting successful events.

Most of the working hours will be Monday to Friday during day time.At the same time, sometimes this role will involve evening and weekend work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRESS – PROMOTION
Update Regularly Website
Manage Social Media Accounts and Online Accounts like Google, Instagram, Facebook, Resident Advisor etc.
Prepare and Send Monthly and weekly newsletter (For the Customer)
Creating Press Release in German and in English with monthly program and send it to press contacts (Like Magazines, Newspaper, Blogs)

Design and Production of Promotion Material
Design of Poster – Contact with Designer to design Posters
Printing of Posters –
Contact with Postering Companies -Distribution of Posters

Design and Production of Merchandising Material
Contact with Designers
Promotion of Merchandising Material
Online Shops für Merchandising Material

Design and Production of Printed Material
Song slip
Cabin Voucher
Free Entry Cards
Membership Card
Drink Card
Christmas Card
Monthly Program for the front Window

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Organization of our own Team Building Events
Organization and promotion of In-House Productions

BOOKING
Artist Booking for In-House Productions
Communication, Contracting with External Event Promoters

KARAOKE - KJ AND TECHNIC
Make the Monthly Shiftplan of the Kjs
Answer the New Song Request, Buy New Songs and Update the Song database
Hire – Train New Kj’s
Evaluate the Performance of the Kj’s
Make the Shift plan for the Technician

30H/WEEK
Monday to Friday
Flexible – arrangeable working hours.
Most of the working hours will be Monday to Friday during day time.At the same time, sometimes this role will involve evening and weekend work.

Required Skills
• Experience in Event Promotion or working in a related field (music, nightlife, entertainment, etc.).
• A deep understanding of music genres, subcultures, artists, and trends
• Marketing Expertise:Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking
Ability to develop innovative promotional ideas and strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with artists and industry professionals.
•Excellent Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills
(In German and In English)
• Organisational & Project Management Skills:
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and coordinate logistics.

‍Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of video/photo content creation for social media campaigns.
• Basic Graphic Design skills.
