Dr. Motte

It’s 1989. The british music-scene declares the ‘Summer of Love’, Raves and Acid-House are hot themes in current music-magazins. In these times, Motte already lived for 7 years on his music and he oparated with some pals the club ‘Turbine Rosenheim’, a legendary underground location in Berlin. By that he became one of the founders of the electronical music-scene in germany. Inspired by the british movement, Motte organizes and originates a demonstration for ‘portrayal of contemporary dance music culture in terms of a parade’, which will get famosity worldwide by the name ‘Loveparade’. And with it, of course his originator, Dr. Motte.

The stream of history and continuity of the story is well-known. DJ Dr. Motte became a global player, he plays in tiny underground clubs, but also at the biggest festivals and events throughout the world. Beyond this, he is engaged as a speaking tube of a pacific youth movement and he establishes his self as an ambassador for electronical music-scene. Down to the present day he is on his musical mission worldwide.
